To: (1) construct two glamping pods, one short term tourist accommodation modular build timber cabin to replace existing storage shed, car parking area, vehicular access, proprietary wastewater treatment system and all associated ancillary site works and (2) Change of use from shed to short term tourist accommodation and RETENTION of extension to the existing shed for change of use.
