To build an extension to existing ground floor bedroom at the North Eastern side of existing dwelling house and for planning PERMISSION for change of design of the porch previously granted under planning permission P18/504 to the South Eastern side of existing dwelling house with all necessary ancillary works

For alterations to existing first floor bay windows on northeast elevations

For alterations to existing dwelling house to include (a) construction of new porch to southeast elevation and (b) alterations to existing first floor bay windows on northeast elevation.

To provide an external door from the rear conservatory and to change the design of the front external door with all necessary ancillary works

To RETAIN alterations to the front elevation from that previously granted under planning permission Ref number 19/490

To construct a new pedestrian entrance, a rear extension and the construction of a stand-alone sun-room with ancillary works
