For the following works to Hotel Doolin. The works involve a) New Store area to the NE/SE Elevation b) to construct a single storey extension to the hotel in the internal courtyard area c) to construct an extension to the ground floor bar area on the SW Elevation along with associated site works

To RETAIN works to Doolin Hotel which involve the following: a) the external storerooms, the additional floor area on the ground floor and first floor, additional first floor bedroom, along with changes made to the North-East elevation, b) the glass roof, enclosed courtyard reception and changes made to the North-West elevation, c) the external canopy, additional floor area to the bar on the ground floor and changes made to the South-West elevation, d) the additional boiler house, service areas and changes to the North-East elevation, e) the changes made to the external elevations of Hotel Doolin in the courtyard area, f) the extension to the ground floor kitchen area, storeroom, external stairs, outside bar area and the covered walkway in the internal courtyard, g) the changes made to the external standalone store areas, h) the extension to the first floor function room, i) the extension to the building granted under P17-359, j) the external signage for Hotel Doolin

For development which will consist of the conversion of 8 No. existing holiday homes into 16 No. holiday suites, the demolition of rear garden walls, construction of external terraces to the rear and associated ancillary site works
