Planning precedent report

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing 2.0SqM Porch, and the construction of a 23.5SqM extension to the side/south-west; a 11.5SqM Porch extension to the front / south-east; raise the pitch of the roof by 1.1M to form new 60.0SqM upper floor accommodation; with new rooflights, replacement to existing windows, and alterations to site works and services

To extend a dwelling and porch

For the following: a) to increase the ridge height of the dwelling house, increase the roof overhang at the rear single storey section of the dwelling house and changes to the NE and NW elevations of the dwelling house from what was granted under P21-1072 b) to construct a new shed and associated wall c) additional landscaping works to the rear garden area along with associated site works

To construct front/rear extensions, attic conversion with 2 no. dormer windows and velux roof lights, new window to southwest gable along with all associated site works

To construct single storey side / rear extensions. Modifications to existing house with new side entrance on northeast gable. Increase width to vehicular front entrance and all associated site works

For (a) the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of an existing dwelling, (b) the conversion of the existing attic space into habitable rooms, (c) modifications to the existing roof including an increase in the ridge height, (d) modifications to the elevations of the existing dwelling and all ancillary site works
