For the renovation of a derelict cottage, demolition of an adjoining shed and the construction of a new extension. The development will consist of the renovation of an existing 32m2 cottage, demolition of 12m2 adjoining shed and the construction of a 71.6m2 single storey extension. The works include septic tank with mechanical aeration system and associated percolation area. The existing entrance will be retained. Appropriately landscaped passing bay is proposed and centrally located along existing boreen. The existing landscaping and stone walls and stone farm shed will also be retained as is.
