To carry out alterations to previously approved planning register number 17/345 as follows 1) Alter floor plans and elevations of previously approved dwelling, 2) Retain and complete alterations to previously approved detached domestic garage and 3) Form entrance, install sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and all associated works

Of as constructed minor alterations to dwelling house under construction (previous approval granted under 04/335); and PERMISSION to complete unfinished dwelling house and associated site development works including installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area

To (1) carry out alterations to the existing dwelling to provide an extension to the front and rear of the dwelling at ground floor level, and to provide an extension to the side of the dwelling at first floor level with associated alterations to existing floor plans and elevations, (2) demolition of the existing conservatory, covered patio to the front of the house, and of existing roof structures where the proposed first floor extension is to be constructed, connection to existing services, and all associated site works

To construct a three bay slatted shed with slurry holding tank underneath, creep areas and all associated site works
