Planning precedent report

For the following development 1) Change the design of the single storey extension previously granted under planning permission reference No: P16/113 with all necessary ancillary site works; and 2) Carry out minor internal changes to the upgrading works granted under planning permission reference no: P16/113 to the existing Crusheen Community Centre building

To extend the appropriate period of a planning permission for P16-113 for Permission to 1) Demolish 2 no single storey flat roof extensions to the rear of the existing Crusheen Community Centre building, 2) Carry out upgrading works to the existing Crusheen Community Centre building and 3) To construct a new single storey extension and associated ancillary site works

To build a new extension to the rear of the existing school consisting of a single mainstream classroom, 2 no. SET rooms and an assisted shower/toilet facility with all necessary ancillary services

To provide a prefabricated mainstream classroom with all necessary ancillary works

To RETAIN extension to operating hours as follows to now operate between the hours of 8:45am to 4pm
