To construct gable extension to existing dwelling and to relocate site entrance/exit plus all ancillary site works

To construct a private garage and all associated site works

Of the following development to the existing dwelling house a) widened gable and increased roof height: b) attic conversion; and c) minor fenestration changes

To a) alter, extend and convert existing out-building to a residential annex ancillary to the main dwelling; and b) to relocate and upgrade existing sewerage treatment system to service the existing dwelling and proposed annex; c) all other associated site works

For (a) to complete the existing unfinished dwelling house, to include minor elevational changes; (b) install a new domestic wastewater treatment system; (c) complete the unfinished garage/ shed; (d) all associated siteworks and services
