For the construction of a new metal fence on top of part of the existing stone boundary wall along the Smithstown Road combined height of wall and fence will be 2.45m high, the construction of a 2.45m high metal fence within the site behind the stone wall adjacent to the site entrance, the construction of a new 2.45m high paladin fence along the west boundary from the Smithstown Road boundary wall to the existing site security fence, and associated site works

Works to include provision of new EV charging spaces, relocated wheelchair user parking spaces, line painting, footpaths, landscaping and erection of 3 no. 5 metre high flag poles & 2 no. covered bicycle parking shelters including all ancillary site works

For proposed development which will consist of the construction of a light industrial manufacturing facility with ancillary office space measuring circa 3,630m² comprising, A. a naturally lit high-bay workspace and a two-storey annex comprising administration and office spaces, sanitary and staff welfare facilities, B. The provision of external public lighting, a standalone ESB substation and switch room building, an enclosed external building services enclosure and an enclosed waste storage compound, C.
