To change the design of the extension previously authorised under planning permission P20/702 with all necessary ancillary services

The development will consist of demolition of front and rear porch and modifications to existing house; construction of extension to dwelling house incorporating existing outbuilding; associated modifications and re-roofing of outbuilding and garage, all associated site works; use of existing connections to wastewater treatment system and services, and existing entrance from public road

Of A) domestic garage as constructed to rear of existing dwelling B) access road and entrance with gravel hardstanding area to side and rear of existing dwelling plus all ancillary site works

For development of this site at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Doonbeg, Kilrush, Co. Clare, V15 KH39. The development will consist of: a) The construction of new golf tee boxes serving Holes 3 and 17, including associated turfing, edging, contouring and grading works to integrate the golf tee boxes into the existing golf course layout and design; b) The demolition and removal of a section of the existing internal access road, and the realignment and construction of a new and upgraded internal access road, including all associated works and services; c) Landscaping and remodelling of adjoining improved grassland areas, including minor contouring, low earth mounding to improve visual screening, integration of the new golf tee boxes and associated walkways, the formation of a pond and associated wetland areas, and the expansion and enhancement of the existing improved grassland; and, d) All associated site development works, including earthworks, temporary fencing, reseeding, landscaping, ground reinstatement and any ancillary works required to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for this development and is submitted with this planning application

To extend and renovate the existing dwelling house including upgrading the sewage treatment system and changing the location of the site entrance and to include restoring the existing outbuilding to its original form, a protected structure listed in Clare County Development Plan 2023-2029 Volume 4 Record of Protected Structures RPS No. 301 with all necessary ancillary services

For renovation works and two storey extension to existing dwelling, demolition of existing sheds, new wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, all associated site works and services
