The refurbishment will necessitate the installation of an external fire escape, the strengthening of the existing first floor and the provision of partitions

For development which will consist of the upgrade of existing training rooms, offices and other ancillary areas for use as an educational and training centre, there are changes to the back elevation to include new doors and windows

For development which will consist of the installation of photovoltaic panels ( area circa 184 sq.m ) on the roof of the existing building and all associated works

For development which will consist of the change of use of existing factory unit/sales unit to training rooms, offices and other ancillary areas for use as an educational and training centre, there are changes to the front and back elevation to include new doors and windows.

- the development will consist of the change of use of existing multi use units, to training rooms, offices, and other ancillary areas for use as an educational and training centre, there are changes to the elevations to include new cladding doors and windows, the project will also include the replacement of the existing roof with a new pitched roof using steel truss and insulted roofing panels
