To install a 6 meter monopole extension to an existing 12 meter monopole (total height 18 meters) carrying telecommunications and broadband equipment, together with associated equipment and cabinets enclosed within a 2.4m palisade fence compound and associated site works

For development which will consist of the following works: interior alteration to the existing bar at ground floor level; the provision of an additional seating area, sanitary facilities and storage area at ground floor level, contained in a proposed, single storey, pitched roof structure (130.7m2), adjoining the rear of the existing bar; the removal of the corrugated flat roofs to the rear of the bar and the construction of new pitched roof structures works include all associated site and development works above and below ground

The development consists of the following amendments to the previous grant of planning permission, planning reference no: 23207. A) The demolition of the existing return on first floor level to the rear of the existing structure. B) A reduction in length of the overall single -storey extension by 4.7m. C) A change in the angle of the pitches on the previously granted single storey pitched roof extension. D) A proposed storage shed clad in Liscannor stone, with a mono-pitched roof, with an overall height of 3.15m located at the rear of the site. E) All landscaping and site works are included.

To renovate, extend and reuse the stone outbuildings to the rear of the main building as a 2 bed roomed unit for short stay letting and to alter the front facade of the main building to create a new access corridor to the rear yard and proposed unit & all other associated site and ancillary works

To: (a) Renovate and extend the ground floor of the existing building for use as a coffee shop. (b) Renovate the first floor of the existing building for use as a studio apartment, the renovation works will include replacing all existing windows / doors and installing new roof windows on both the front and rear elevations. (c) All associated site works and services

For development which will consist of mixed use commercial / retail units, renovation of existing two storey building and including all ancillary site works at McLysaghts, Main Street, Liscannor, Co. Clare
