(a) Demolition of the agglomeration of five different non-original extensions to the east façade at the rear of the main house, (b) Demolition of the non-original timber-glazed extension and wheelchair ramp at the north-east corner of the main house, (c) Demolition of the non-original timber-glazed extension at the south elevation of the main house, (d) Part demolition of the outbuildings situated to the rear of the main house to expose, retain and express the remaining historic east wall of the c.1892 constructed original outbuilding, which is currently hidden and adsorbed by various non-original additions, (e) Full internal and external refurbishment of the original house to re-instate it to its original form, including the reinstatement of the principal historic entrance to the three-bay façade of the Chief Boatman’s house, (f) The construction of a new glazed link and single storey extension to the rear of the main house, (g) The construction of a new glazed link and single storey extension to the rear and side of the existing cottage (former equipment store), (h) Elevational & internal alterations as shown on attached drawings and conservation reports, (i) All associated site & landscaping work including 2 x new wastewater treatment systems (A Protected Structure)

Development at this site: Coast Guard Station Cottages, Ballynacarrig, Co. Wicklow, A67 RX27 (which is a Protected Structure) the development will consist of revisions to the existing Grant of Permission (Reg. Ref. 21/1388) as follows: Revision of site application boundary to reflect ownership of applicant; Full demolition of the existing non-original extensions to side (single storey with mezzanine floor) and front (single storey bay windows with canopy); Revisions to the extension granted previously to the side and rear of the Cottage including reduced size/ altered footprint shape and changes to roof (part pitched, part flat) and elevation design, This will be a single storey extension to side and rear of Cottage with undercroft storage shed to rear, Overall size of Cottage will increase from 95sq.m to 109sq.m (previously 154sq.m was granted); Alterations to the original Cottage including conversion of the existing door opening into a window and replacement of existing window all on the south-west side, Wall infill with 2no. new windows all on the front north-west side, Partial wall infill on north-east elevation where non-original side extension is to be removed.; To include rooflight and solar panels within new extension roofs; Construction of a new balcony structure with glass balustrading to the rear; All associated conservation works to the Cottage walls / roof / floor, drainage works, hard landscaping with steps and ancillary alterations

1) The construction of sites for 8 no. additional mobile homes, the installation of a mobile home with associated external deck area and parking area on each site and access driveway, external lighting, berm mounding and landscaping; 2) The construction and installation of 1 no. 5-a-side football pitch, 2 no. pickleball courts, and 1 no. padel tennis court; 3) The construction of a hard standing area to provide for the storage of boats and jet skis, car parking spaces, storage containers and recycling containers; and 4) All associated site development works including drainage, pedestrian pathways, landscaping and water features

Demolition of existing flat roofed extension to side and rear of existing dwelling and construction of new single storey extension to side and rear and alterations to the fenestration of existing dwelling. Works will also include alterations to the existing annex building to include modifications to fenestration at ground floor and replacement of roof with increased ridge height and replacement of existing septic tank with new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works

Removal of existing septic tank and installation of new wastewater treatment unit, polishing filter to current standards and associate works
