The works will entail the talking-down, relocation and reconfiguration of the existing Kilruddery entrance gates and piers (a protected structure) further within Kilruddery House & Gardens, with new access to the proposed residential development via new overall revised entrance arrangement (including to existing dwelling) and access route. It is also proposed to provide pedestrian access to the north and pedestrian access to eastern boundary (from R761); the proposed development will allow for all roads, services and landscaping for Phase 1 and Phase 2 sites;
