Conservation and restoration of the original south facing cottage (Rose Cottage) and boundary walls and piers with internal modifications at ground and first floor and associated works. 2. Demolition of the adjoining 20th Century single storey extensions to the original cottage (Rose Cottage) and associated works. 3. New single storey contemporary extension to the existing cottage (Rose Cottage) and associated site works. No modifications are proposed to the exterior of the original building
