For the construction of a new single storey sunroom extension to the southern elevation of the existing dwelling, and all associated site works

For the following works a) single storey rear extension b) additional bedroom and floor space on the first floor of the house c) additional rooflights on the front and rear elevations along with ancillary site works

To RETAIN the windows, door and roof light as constructed on the dwelling house and the rear timber fence along with associated site works.
