To RETAIN demolitions to an existing single storey dwelling comprising porch and external wall openings. Also, PERMISSION sought for the erection of single storey extensions and alterations to existing dwelling elevations, associated site services upgrades and development works

For a part two storey, part single storey style dwelling, domestic garage, waste water treatment system and percolation area, new entrance walls and piers and all ancillary site development works

For the construction of a single storey extension to the side & rear of the existing dwelling, internal and external alterations and all ancillary site development works

To erect fully serviced two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, entrance, sewerage treatment facilities, provide new agricultural entrance and all ancillary and associated works

For (1) demolition of single storey extensions to rear and front of existing single storey type dwelling together with a detached domestic storage shed, (2) construction of storey and a half extension to front of dwelling to incorporate additional bedroom, living and sanitary accommodation, (3) carrying out amendments and alterations to remaining existing elevations and floor plan layouts, (4) installation proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area (5) completion of all ancillary and associated site works
