Permission for 2 no. New steel framed warehouse/light industrial units (including ancillary offices and operational facilities over two storeys to the front of unit no. 2), associated car parking, site vehicular entrance, perimeter fencing, sign to front façade of unit no. 2, connection to existing services and all associated site works

Alterations to perimeter fencing including removal of existing v-mesh on northern and partial west perimeters and replaced with a 900mm concrete retaining wall with v-mesh reinstated on top to maximum height of 2,400mm along with all associated site works
