For a change of house type to previously granted dwelling house (planning permission Reg No 21/458), and also for a revised site layout and site location. The revised proposal to include for a two-storey dwelling house with detached domestic garage, forming a new site entrance onto an existing laneway, and installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To RETAIN existing agricultural slatted shed incorporating slatted areas, underground slurry storage tanks, cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages together with PERMISSION to (1) construct extension to agricultural slatted shed subject to retention to incorporate cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages and as constructed slatted area and underground slurry storage tank, (2) construct agricultural shed to incorporate milking parlour area, dairy, plant room, ancillary storage, drafting / cow dispersal area and underground slatted washings storage tank, (3) construct walled silage pit, (4) install effluent collection tank, (5) complete all ancillary site works and associated site structures
