Permission is sought for works to Castleview House (being a protected structure CT57) as follows; Refurbishment of existing building, demolition of incomplete modern extensions to rear of same, subdivision of existing building in to 4 no. 1 bed apartments / 3 no. 1 bed studio apartments with extension to rear and proposed additional extension incorporating a further 4 no. 1 bed studio apartments and all associated works. A Natura Impact Statement / Flood Risk have been prepared in respect of the proposed development.

The extension of existing shop into adjoining premises with permission for the change of use of part of existing shop for use as an Off Licence to sell alcohol (beers, wines and spirits), Permission to amend the existing front façade of existing development and all associated site works.

The construction of a new vehicular entrance to include works to existing footpath, and all associated site works

Permission to construct 18 new houses and all associated site works

Existing domestic shed as constructed and for permission to complete works to the roof
