To retain alterations to site boundary and site layout

To demolish 2 no. agricultural sheds and erect new slatted sheep shed with underground slurry storage tank, erect new machinery shed, form new entrance and associated boundary details with all ancillary site works

To construct an agricultural shed which will consist of slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath, cubicles and all associated site works

For retention of existing silage slab and construction of new concrete silage walls and associated site development works

For development of campsite including: (i) gravel bases for motor homes, no more than 5 no., (ii) grass area of non-agricultural land for tent pitching, (iii)Building A - recreation and services structure containing: recreation area, WC and shower facilities, (iv) Building B - change of use of part of existing agricultural building for use as barbecue area (v) Building C - change of use of old farm house for use as kitchen and toilet facilities with no structural alterations, (vi) gravel car parking space including: site entrance, connections to existing site services, septic tank & percolation area and all ancillary works

For farm machinery storage building at existing farm, to incorporate within the building: 1 closed bay, and 2 bays open on one side (front elevation), and all associated site and concrete works.
