For the change of entrance location to previous approved planning reference 21/592 and subsequently approved planning reference 24/75, and all ancillary site works

Of: alterations to the plans and elevations of previously approved dormer dwelling & detached domestic garage, alterations to the site layout and boundaries and all and ancillary siteworks, all of which differs from that approved under planning application 23/64

For development consisting of: erect fully serviced single storey extension to the side and rear of existing cottage & raise existing roof level, demolish existing outbuilding, erect new domestic garage, new sewerage treatment facilities, alterations to site boundaries & all ancillary works

To (1) construct a dormer bungalow style extension to the rear of an existing bungalow type dwelling house and internal and external alterations to the existing bungalow, (2) construction of a domestic garage and (3) new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and all ancillary site works
