For development consisting of a 5 bay agricultural slatted shed with an underground slurry storage tank, the removal of a row of Leylandii trees and all associated site works

To demolish existing derelict outbuildings and to reconstruct as a new single storey building comprising 2 no. short-term tourist-catering type accommodation units. Planning Permission is also sought to upgrade the existing septic tank to a new mechanical wastewater treatment system, together with all associated ancillary works
