To convert attic spaces to habitable accommodation with associated alteration to floor plans & elevation to the following houses numbered 68-85 & 106-111 (total 24 no. houses). Previous Planning Reg. Ref 08/625 & 18/118 applies to this application

Replace existing telecommunications support structure (overall height of 13.5 metres) with a proposed new lattice tower (overall height of 21.5 metres) carrying the telecommunications equipment transferred from the existing structure and the addition of new telecommunications antennas, dishes and associated equipment, together with new ground level equipment cabinets, fencing and landscaping

To construct single storey extensions to their existing dwelling, convert existing garage to habitable accommodation, make alterations to the existing elevations and layout, construction of detached domestic garage and all associated site works

To carry out internal modifications and to erect a single storey extension to the front of existing dwelling in order to provide an attached granny flat. Permission is also sought to retain a dormer window to rear of dwelling
