To: (1) construct a single storied dwelling house and a detached domestic garage (2)to install a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (3) extend and widen an existing agricultural entrance to form a combined agricultural and domestic entrance (4) all ancillary site works

Develop a silage pit and effluent tank with all ancillary works

The development will consist of the construction of a slatted shed with cubicles and slatted tank

To (a) retain and complete dwelling currently under construction in revised location on site (b) retain and complete revised detached domestic garage under construction in revised location on site, and PERMISSION to (c) complete all associated site works previously approved under planning ref no. 19/501

To (A) revise the floor plans and elevations of house type previously approved under planning application ref. no. 15/397, (B) revise position of dwelling & garage on site, (C) upgrade existing entrance from public road, install waste water treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works

To construct a one and a half storey type dwelling house and a detached domestic garage, installing a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area and to make a new entrance onto the road along with all ancillary site works
