To retain "Click and Collect" signage in the existing Tesco car park

(i) construction of a sheltered canopy (c. 50 sq.m) in the existing car park for the purpose of providing 2 no. dedicated "Click and Collect" spades for the existing Tesco store; (ii) ancillary signage; and (iii) a pedestrian crossing and all associated site development works

For (i) retention permission for the relocation of the existing click and collect signage (ii) planning permission to extend the existing canopy (as permitted under ref 21647) by c 25.61 sq m to provide a total of 3 sheltered click and collect car parking spaces for the existing Tesco store and (iii) all associated site development works

For construction of a sheltered canopy (c 80 sq.m) over 3 no dedicated van parking spaces in the existing service yard and all ancillary site services and site development works

For development consisting of; 1) change of use of part of an existing dwelling to commercial office space, 2) provision of external signage and 3) all ancillary site development works

The change of use of existing 2 storey semi-detached building with café/restaurant at ground floor and 2 no. of apartments at first level to proposed office use, internal alterations, new signage and associated works
