To retain and complete part single storey/ part two storey dwelling under construction whis is a change of house type from that previously approved under planning reference 19/464 which included removal of an existing dwelling and associated site works

To demolish existing bungalow dwelling and construct replacement part single storey/part dormer dwelling, use and upgrade existing entrance, decommission existing septic tank and provide new effluent treatment system, percolation area and associated site works

To retain garage substructure and complete domestic storage portal frame garage and associated site works

To construct 1 no. Bell-mouth type entrance and associated site development works to service existing forestry plantation

For a ten-year planning permission for a solar energy development comprising photovoltaic solar panels on mounting frames; electrical control building and MV power station; underground electrical and communications cabling; access tracks; security fencing; pole-mounted security cameras; and all associated and ancillary site development, landscaping and reinstatement works. The operational lifetime of the proposed development is 35-years. An Appropriate Assessment Screening Report will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.

For 1) to RETENTION of the existing 30m high telecommunications support structure carrying antenna and dishes, communications cabins and associated site works including solar PV panels contained within a chain link fenced compound previously granted permission under reference 10/351 AND, 2) PERMISSION to install additional antenna, dish equipment to the support structure including ground equipment cabinets and associated site works
