Demolition of existing 20 sqm single storey element to the side of dwelling, demolition of shed to rear garden, proposed 9 sqm single storey rear extension, subdivision of site and the provision of new 103.1 sqm two storey detached dwelling to the side garden, provision new vehicular entrance to serve existing dwelling with existing entrance to serve proposed dwelling, all the above together with all associated site works and connections to services

The development will consist of; 1) single storey flat roof extension to the rear, 2) single storey flat roof extension to the front, 3) alterations to existing front elevation, 4) existing flat roof to the side to be raised with 2no. new rooflights and all associated works

To erect of an extension replace a section of the existing flat roof at the front of the property widened the existing site entrance and associated site works

(a) the demolition of an existing single story extension (51 sq.m.) to the side of their dwelling; (b) the construction of a new roof to the existing entrance porch and relocation of the front entrance door to the front facade at their dwelling; (c) the demolition of the existing sheds to the front and rear of their dwelling; (d) the construction of a new detached two storey, part single storey dwelling (floor area 132 sq.m.), with attic accommodation including windows at attic level to the north and south facing gable walls in the side garden; (e) provision of a new vehicular entrance to provide vehicular access for the existing dwelling and the existing vehicular entrance to provide vehicular access for the proposed new dwelling in the side garden; (f) new boundary walls, connections to services, landscaping and all associated site works
