For the construction of works to include, reconfiguration of the existing South West elevation to provide an external canopy, signage on the building, roof level plant enclosure, a new pedestrian door to northwest elevation and a single storey switchroom and substation to rear of building in the yard space with all associated site works

For development at Precision Engineering Ltd., Block O109, Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co. Clare. The development will consist of proposed roof-mounted photovoltaic, PV, panels on the existing profiled metal roof and all associated siteworks

For the following development which will consist of (1) full planning permission for a change of use of the previously granted extension ( ref P17-499 ) from storage to industrial, (2) full planning permission for new boundary fencing and gates, (3) RETENTION of planning permission of an additional factory extension ( 409m2) to the previously granted extension ( ref P17-499), (4) RETENTION of planning permission of a new ( 1252m2) external yard area, (5) RETENTION of planning permission of the demolition of existing external sheds, (6) RETENTION of planning permission of fenestration changes from the previously granted extension ( ref P17-499), and all associated civil, site development, site services and landscaping works

To extend existing industrial unit into adjoining unit ( unit No. 118A), the change of use of this unit from gymnasium to industrial use, the construction of new common front entrance lobby and conversion of existing first floor flat roofed area to new open seated balcony area at existing units Nos. 118 and 118A

For an extension to the existing metal fabrication workshop together with all ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be lodged as part of this application
