Of relocation of site entrance, realigned boundaries, increased elevation height, omission of stone, construction of rear porch and fenestration alterations as constructed from permission granted under P02-635 together with all ancillary site development works and services

To RETAIN new location and size of garage to that previously granted under Planning Permission Ref: P04-478 and associated site works
