To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P15/892 to construct dwellinghouse, garage & treatment system

For a new dwelling house, garage/shed, wastewater treatment system and associated site access and services.

For the TEMPORARY RETENTION of a mobile home and storage container while the new dwelling house is being constructed for which permission is being sought under planning application P17-930

To RETAIN dwelling in the location constructed, and for permission for the following works, (A) Modify layout of the existing dwelling, (B) Construct extension in front of dwelling and (C) Construct detached garage to side of dwelling, all with associated site works

To RETAIN existing shed for domestic use

To RETAIN & complete works to dwelling house presently under construction. The works involve P15/189, the appropriate period for which was extended by planning reference P20/274 - 1) Provision of single storey extension to rear of house 2) Alteration of design of house from dormer to storey and a half with consequent elevational changes 3) Relocation of waste water treatment tank from front to rear of dwelling house with percolation area remaining at front of house. 4) the provision of all ancillary works
