Construction of: (1) a new dairy cow road underpass with soiled water sump tank with new farm roadways, (2) a new milking parlour with dairy, drafting area and covered collecting yard with an internal precast concrete slatted channel, (3) a new underground precast concrete covered channel connected to the existing channel to discharge slurry to the existing geo-membrane lined slurry store, (4) a new meal bin, (5) a new concrete apron, (6) removal of the existing horse sand arena wooden fence, (7) removal of the existing external milk cooling tank, (8) decommission of the existing milking parlour and collecting yard, (9) removal of the existing farm entrance side walls and hedges to create wider farm entrance and for a setback of the western roadside hedge to provide sufficient sightlines on both sides, and (10) retention permission for the existing geo-membrane lined slurry store (11) and all associated site development works
