Planning precedent report

Of changes to an existing building which was previously permitted under planning reference no. 14/377. PERMISSION is also sought to construct a new warehouse at the rear of existing building, along with PERMISSION for a portacabin office to be located at the front of the building. PERMISSION is also being sought at this time to provide for a new foul water treatment plant to replace existing system. This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
