For the construction of an extension to the side of the existing industrial building and also for a stand alone warehouse building and to extend the site boundaries and all ancillary site works

To demolish part of an industrial unit comprising of a single storey office block and to construct a two storey office block extension, with external company signage, to construct a warehouse extension, provide a cladding finish to the north east elevation of the existing building, to replace the existing septic tank system with a new packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, external hard and soft landscaping and all ancillary site works

To construct an extension, comprising of a loading bay and dock leveller, to the side of the stand alone warehouse permitted under planning ref. no P22/1036.

To raise the height of an industrial unit by replacing the roof with a pitched roof

For the development which will consist of the modification of the existing Planning Application 20/381 (grant date: 14.10.2020). Modification to consist of a change of design. This new design will include for the provision of a new single storey dwelling house, garage, vehicular entrance, waste water treatment system, and associated site works

For the construction of a dwelling house, garage, vehicular entrance, wastewater treatment plant and ancillary site works.
