To construct a single storey dwelling, site entrance, site boundary, waste water treatment system and al associated site works

To construct a link corridor between house and out-building at "The Old School House", Corbally, Kilkee, Co Clare. This corridor will also act as a wind break

To construct a standalone building to the rear of the existing dwelling house incorporating a storage shed, home office and gym area ancillary to the dwelling house along with all associated site works

To construct a new dwelling house, new entrance, access road, private garage and install a new wastewater treatment system along with all associated works
