Alterations & extensions to our dwelling with approx. 32sqm extension to ground floor and approx. 45sqm to first floor, to the front and rear elevations, together with all associated and ancillary site works

Existing entrance location and electrically operated wrought iron gates, and permission is sought for revisions to same including demolish 2 no existing roadside pillars and wing walls with wrought iron railing on top and replace with 2 no new 1.3m high pillars and 1m high wing walls in rendered block and relocate existing hedge, all at 2m set back from road edge

24 no 1 and 2 storey residential units and all associated works. The accommodation shall comprise 9 no 1 bed apartments, 12 no 2 bed houses and 3 no 3 bed houses. It is also proposed to create a new pedestrian ramp and steps to provide a new pedestrian route from Farrankelly Close to the Kilcoole Road
