Continuance for the following facility to operate after the expiry of the current Planning Permission (Reference 138423) which expires in August 2018 namely the recovery of construction and demolition waste (crushed soil and stone ) and tarmacadam on a site of 2.25 hectares. The site is access from the L1048 County Road. The development will also include recovery and recycling of construction and demolition wastes by crushing and screening soil, stone, concrete, tarmacadam and like materials, all of the above at a rate of 50,000 tonnes per annum with mobile plant, provision for portacabin office and canteen on site together with all site ancillary works, Drainage, wheel wash and fencing. The application relates to an activity requiring a Waste Facility Permit from Wicklow County Council

Ground water extraction well and extension to existing site boundary for use for the storage of top soil. The application is for development which is subject to a technical amendment to an existing waste management facility permit
