Development to amend elements of the permitted (Carlow County Council Planning Ref: 24/60173) Lidl Discount Foodstore Supermarket development currently under construction, comprising: 1) Omission of high level / clerestory windows to Eastern elevation of Foodstore; 2) Revised provision for electric vehicle car charging; 3) Revised Northern site boundary treatment; 4) Reconfiguration of plant / equipment elements within extended acoustic fenced area to East and North of permitted Foodstore; and, 5) All other enabling, associated and ancillary development and works (and amendments to Planning Permission Reference 24/60173) above and below ground level

For a Discount Foodstore Supermarket with ancillary off-licence sales at National Learning Network Centre / Rehabcare, Killeshin / Castlecomer Road, Graiguecullen, Carlow, Co. Carlow & Co. Laois, R93 E7W1. Parts of the site are located in Co. Carlow and Co. Laois, with a concurrent planning application for each area to be lodged to Carlow County Council and Laois County Council. The proposed development comprises: 1) The demolition of existing National Learning Network Centre / Rehabcare building and site clearance; 2) The construction of a part single part two storey Discount Foodstore (with ancillary off-licence use) with mono-pitch roof measuring c. 2,305 sqm gross floor space with a net retail sales area of c. 1,499 sqm; 3) Construction of associated car and cycle parking with site access from Killeshin / Castlecomer Road; and, 4) Provision and renewal / replacement of boundary treatments, free standing and building mounted signage, free standing trolley bay, refrigeration and air conditioning plant and equipment, hard and soft landscaping, public lighting, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, roof mounted solar panels, ESB substation, drainage, utility and services infrastructure and connections, and all other associated and ancillary development and works above and below ground level

The Construction of a single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling so as to construct a bedroom, also the addition of a porch type roof and hallway to the front.

For the construct of a first floor extension to the rear (east facing) elevation of the existing dwelling, all associated site works.
