1.) removal of existing front porch, 2.) the construction of a new single storey extension to front and side of existing dwelling, 3.) external and internal alterations and all associated ancillary works

For amendments to developments permitted under 21/340 as follows (a) Retention Permission to discharge effluent from the calf shed constructed under 21/340 to an adjacent pre-existing slurry tank and omission of the pre cast concrete effluent tank permitted under 21/340 (b) planning permission to extend the tank of the cubicle shed permitted under 21/340 to ensure all agitation points are external to the roof overhang above, and associated site works

Permission for construction of a new slatted cubicle house, a new calf house, a new drafting area and associated site works
