The demolition of an original farm house and reconstruction of same with minor alterations including raised eaves and ridge height, velux widows to attic storage space and an extension of floor area to the rear over two floors. Planning permission was previously granted under (PL Ref. 17/347), for an extension the original farm house. Permission is also sought for the completion of the works on site and all associated works

The development will consist of the removal of porch and gable end of existing farmhouse, construction of a new two storey extension to North-West and single storey extension to South-West of existing farmhouse, new wastewater treatment plant and percolation area and all associated site works,

To erect cameras and signage on Byrne's Public House for the purposes of a community based CCTV system and all associated site works

The erection of a boundary fence and soft play area and all associated site works

Permission for modification to planning permission 23/20 for the re-location and re-design of soft play area and all associated site works
