To carry out the following development which will consist of: (i) Provision of 18 no. residential units; (ii) hard landscaping including the provision of shared surface area, adjustments to existing footpaths and installation of street lighting and street furniture; (iii) soft landscaping including planting and trees; (iv) new boundary treatments to adjacent lands: (v) upgrading and re-routing of foul sewers and surface water drainage; and (vi) all associated site works
