For (1) construction of agricultural machinery shed (2) And all associated ancillary site development works

Demolish existing dwelling (works previously approved under Planning Reg. No. 13/12) and provide replacement single storey dwelling, walls and piers to existing entrance, decommission existing septic tank and provide sewage treatment system, percolation area and associated site works
