Cavan H12 W893. (1) Change of use from financial services to residential use and the provision of 4 no. new apartments (2 no. two-bedroom & 2 no. one-bedroom apartments). (2) Carry out material alterations to existing building comprising of minor alterations to external elevations and renovation works to the building fabric (3) Together with all associated site development works including provision of communal open space to the rear yard and connections to public services. This building is listed as a Protected Structure in the current Cavan County Development Plan.

For retention permission for the relocation of a two storey extension to the rear of an existing end-of-terrace townhouse, previously granted planning permission under planning reference 23/60063, which is currently under construction, completion of extension to include internal and external alterations to same and all ancillary site works

For changes made to one-bedroom dwelling house during construction to include: change of house type granted under planning reference number: 644546, to include, changes to all walls, window and door locations, replacement of flat roof with pitch roof. With connection to existing services and all associated site works.
