For development, the development consists of a single storey flat roof extension, comprising of 5 no. single ensuite bedrooms, with modifications on connecting the extension to the existing walls, windows and roof, to the rear elevations of single storey blocks of the existing hostel and RETENTION of the existing detached single storey shed with dual pitched roof, with all associated site works

For development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, ancillary site works and connection to public services

For the following development on property at Site Nos. 11 to 18 inclusive at Dún na Coille, Mountivers, Sixmilebridge, Co Clare: 1. Amendments to house numbers 11, 12, 13 to consist of increased footprint and floor area. 2. Amendments to house numbers 14 and 18 comprising an increase in the proposed eaves height and associated elevation amendments. 3. Amendments to house numbers 15,16,17 comprising an increase in the proposed eaves height and associated elevation amendments together with an increased footprint and floor area. 4. Amendments to the site boundaries to houses 11, 12, 13, 14. All of the above were previously granted planning permission (P18-519 and P23 60105 Refer). Permission sought includes all associated ancillary and incidental site works
