For (a) lean-to extension to side (southwest) of existing factory incorporating offices (b) alterations to existing layout which includes the removal of first floor accommodation of office and canteen (c) demolition of ground floor workshop area which will now form part of the factory floor (d) relocation of canteen to ground floor and relocation of workshop to lean-to area on southeast elevation, (e) change of use of existing ground floor office area to retail outlet (f) alterations to plans/elevations of existing factory to include new building signage, provide new factory entrance to rear (northwest) together with RETENTION permission for 1 bay extension to existing lean-to on southeast elevation and associated site works at existing wood processing factory

For (a) three bay detached portal frame building for use as storage and packaging of wood shavings with overhead extraction ducts from adjacent wood processing facility (b) relocate previously approved saw dust silo and filter (planning ref. 15/442) together with RETENTION permission for above ground static water storage tank and associated site works at existing Woodford timber products Ltd processing factory
