To construct a single storey extension onto the side of existing sports hall for use as a gym area and to retain 8 no. 12m high columns with cowled flood lights and all ancillary site works

For 1) Retention Permission for new sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area, and all associated site development works. 2) Retain changes to existing storey & a half dwelling house to include the following, elevational changes, increased ridge height, additional floor area

To demolish existing dressing rooms and replace with a two storey building comprising off 4 no. dressing rooms and gym area also to construct a concrete reinforced target wall and all ancillary site works

For change of house type and design from single storey dwelling to two storey style dwelling from that previously granted under planning ref. no. 21/292 and all associated site works

To construct a single storey dwelling house, domestic garage, form new entrance, install proprietary mechanical wastewater treatment system and all associated site works
