For change of use from Bear Essentials Centre as granted 06/236 to self catering accommodation with alterations and all associated works

To extend existing two-storey dwelling with first floor extension over existing single storey element, with alterations to elevations and site development works

Of the following alterations to as built development previously approved under planning reference 02/150 & 04/997 which includes (a) revised house and garage position with alterations to floor plans and elevations which includes location of as built sun room extension to side of existing dwelling (b) increased floor and ridge levels as built (c) retain increased height of boundary wall, along road (d) extended driveway to rear, concrete base and hardstandings (e) alterations to site boundaries together with planning PERMISSION for (f) change of use of existing domestic garage to use as classroom, (g) 2 no. prefabricated timber cabins for use as treatment rooms with toilet/changing facilities and associated site works

For the erection of single storey extension & carport to the side & rear of existing dwelling, alterations to plans & elevations of existing dwelling, install new wastewater treatment system & percolation area and all ancillary site works

1. To RETAIN as constructed extension to dwelling and all ancillary works from that previously approved under planning ref no: 9895 and PERMISSION: 2. To construct a single story extension to front and side of existing dwelling, infill of external covered area to rear, removal and replacement of front porch, alterations to internal layout at ground and first floor levels, addition of 2 number dormer windows to rear elevation. 3. Construction of a detached domestic garage to rear of existing dwelling

For change of house type (as previously approved under planning ref 21/173) to an alternative dwelling design and domestic garage, all ancillary works, site entrance, wastewater treatment system and percolation area as per previously approved application
