Planning precedent report

For development consisting of (1) RETENTION of alterations and amendments made during construction to floor plan layouts and elevations of bungalow type dwelling, (2) RETENTION of rear extension incorporating living area and utility area, (3) RETENTION of revised site layout all from that previously granted under planning reference number 10/589 together with PERMISSION to (a) construct a single storey family flat extension to side of existing dwelling to incorporate kitchen, living, bedroom and sanitary accommodation, (b) carry out amendments and alterations to remaining existing elevations and floor plan layout, (c) de-commission existing septic tank and percolation area, (d) install proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and (e) complete all ancillary and associated site works

For the following alterations & works to an existing single story dwelling house (1) demolish rear wall complete (2) construct new extensions to the rear and side elevation (2) renovation of existing single story dwelling to a story and a half. (3) form new site entrance with gates and piers (4) install a new treatment system with percolation area. together with all associated site works

Construct two-storey type dwelling, domestic garage, amendment of existing agricultural entrance onto the public road to form shared agricultural and domestic site entrance, installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and completion of all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For (i) Works to facilitate infill and re-contouring of the subject lands to facilitate use for agricultural purposes, (ii) segregation area for the storage of concrete and other construction/demolition material which will be sent for onward treatment, (iii) all associated works and services. The application relates to an activity requiring a Waste Facility Permit from Cavan County Council which will be applied for separately, significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To RETAIN the adaption of a former domestic store to habitable accommodation. PERMISSION is also sought for the construction of an extension to the property and the installation of a new waste water treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works

To partially demolish and erect dormer style extension to side and rear of dwelling, attic conversion and new entrance with associated alterations to elevations, site boundary and all ancillary works
