PERMISSION is also sought for the removal of the disused and incomplete outbuildings on the site and construction of two replacement sheds on the site, alterations to the existing entrance wall and gate, a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area and associated site works

For a change of design of a new single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling from that permitted under planning ref 22/661. Permission is also sought to change the design of the first floor window treatment by replacing the previously approved dormers with rooflights. (i) to RETAIN garage as constructed in variance to that granted under Planning Reg. Ref. P99-1362, (ii) PERMISSION to demolish same garage and (iii) PERMISSION to construct new extension to dwelling house and ancillary works
