Permission for the construction of a straw shed and lean-to machinery shed and associated site works

Retention Planning Permission is sought to retain replacement dormer style dwelling house as constructed, full planning permission is sought to upgrade existing septic tank to a proprietary treatment system and associated percolation area, all ancillary site works and services

1. The erection of a temporary 100m high lattice type meteorological mast for a period of 5 years which will be fixed to ground anchors by stay wires and will include instruments for measuring local climate conditions and services. 2. The proposed works also include a hardstanding area and all ancillary works

For the construction of a detached private dwelling, new site entrance, private well, sewage treatment and all other site and ancillary works

To build a new dwelling house, domestic garage, new site entrance, septic tank treatment system, percolation area and all associated site works

Permission and for permission for development at this site - 1) Retention of the existing 80 metre meteorological mast, which was erected as exempted development in accordance with Class 20A, Schedule 2, of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), and all ancillary infrastructure and associated site development and reinstatement works; and 2) the increase in height of the existing meteorological mast from 80 metres to a height of 100 metres. The optional lifetime of the proposed development will be up to five years.
